At Outliers Wellbeing, we think, see and do things very differently; we fall outside of the range of 'normal' wellbeing provision and we're proud of that. We won't fob you off with the notion that free fruit, in-house yoga or a company '#HappyHour' will give you the employee engagement required for both people and profits to flourish. Sure, wellbeing perks are good, but they won't solve concerning and critical business matters.

Outliers aren't afraid to go deep into the real-world problems your company might be experiencing and grab it by the... data! We thrive in working with organisations, their leaders and their people to untangle the most complex cultural challenges; no, honestly we love it!

We specialise in providing bespoke wellbeing programmes that promote and embed long term change in behaviours and bottom lines.
